Lacks skills! Rushed. Spent about 2 1/2 minutes with me after I waited over an hour for my appointment. Barely spent any time with me. I felt dismissed in the visit, felt rushed, and she put her work off on her assistant to complete the visit.
I was very impressed with Kathryn as she went over my MRI in great detail and showed me what my neck looked like vs. what a normal neck should be. She recommended I get a cortisone shot and did the referral.
ms. finch had an abrupt bedside manner.' as well, she made many errors in her visit summary notes for mychart.
