My sister was an ill middle aged woman who lived there.. they were very good at keeping her healthy for as long as it was possible. They always brought her to hospital, communicated well. They have nice nurses and staff. Beautiful sun room. They deserve more praise.

If I could give no stars I would. No person should ever have to be a patient here. My dad was severely neglected while in their care. A broken hip, medicine errors, lack of care that led to an earlier death. It’s atrocious how they treat folks. The biggest liability was the man who claimed to run the place, David. His lack of understanding of elderly patients was laughable at best, dangerous at worst. His nursing license should be permanently revoked and never be permitted to work in any capacity of care for others.

Tuesday 20th at 6:40 PM I tried to call the nursing home like multiple times and I get hanged up. When I finally got a hold of the person who pick up. She said helooooo? With an attitude I asked her for help she said hold on and hanged up right away. Tried calling multiple times she hangs up right away. Called from a different number she picks up right away. How childish can someone be to do this in a nursing home that has patients that they probably not care about... it’s just bad baaad

This is not a safe place to send your loved ones. Understaffed. Lack of cleanliness. Overcrowded. Not enough supplies. When I came, there was only 1 staff person (who was recently hired part time) in the entire building. The rest were from agency. I don't know how this place is even open.

Don’t send your family/friends to this place!!!! It’s a nightmare!!! Staff don’t care about patients. Takes them more than 30 minutes to respond to patients calling so if there’s an emergency you’re screwed. Nurses and assistants have their headphones on reason why they can’t hear patients calling or do it on purpose not to assist. They don’t keep patients clean, don’t feed the ones that needs assistance and the list continues. I don’t even know why this place is even open.
