I’m writing as my mother’s son. She was told to stop her original arthritis medication because she’d be starting a new one. It has now been almost two months since she stopped, and we only learned at her appointment that insurance hadn’t approved the new prescription. No one notified her, and she’s been in severe pain without treatment in the meantime. When she saw Dr. Max Shenin, DO, her care was proactive and well-communicated. Since being switched to Katherine, she’s felt unheard and her appointments have felt rushed. This has been incredibly disappointing. Patients deserve timely updates, a bridge plan when coverage is delayed, and clinicians who follow through.

I had an excellent experience with her. She was able diagnose me on the very first visit which was remarkable given how difficult it usually it is to detect .Her inside save me valuable time the staff are also warm, friendly and professional. I truly felt well cared for and, follow-up care has also been outstanding.

Ms. Russell-Ladd,FNP was very concerned about my issue, took the time to ask questions and review my case. She truly listened and several times asked me if I had a further questions. Together , we discussed my treat plan. Her clinical notes were very thorough. I highly recommend her care.

Katherine Russell-Ladd is the best. I would recommend her to anyone in need. She is a pleasure to deal with and is always attentive to her patients.
