I had such a great experience with Katharine. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my pelvic floor session. She was so gentle with dry needling on my c section scar and explained everything in a way that helped me really understand the healing process. I left feeling cared for and in such good hands. Highly recommend her to anyone needing pelvic floor PT.

I have been working with Katharine for about a year now and what a difference has it made in my life! I have a herniated disk and she has helped me out of crisis through physical therapy and recovery through Pilates. I’ve learned so much about how to move my body correctly so as to alleviate my back pain. She strives to create a calming environment that helps with the healing process and is highly attentive towards your needs. A private session with her means she is “there” with you all the time making sure your movements are correct. Couldn’t recommend her more!
