Duda Dental Associates LLC

I have been going to Duda since I was a youngster and never had anything but positive experiences. We take our boys here now and the whole staff is very nice and attentive. They do great work and will get you in quickly no matter what you need done. I don't like going to the dentist, but finding one that does great work and has great customer service is very important. We will continue here for many years to come.

This practice was rude and unprofessional. My interaction with Dr. Duda was brief, dismissive, and egotistical, giving the clear impression that patient concerns were not taken seriously. There was no attempt at proper communication or bedside manner. The dental assistant caused discomfort by scraping my teeth during treatment and refused to acknowledge or correct her mistake when I raised it. She also made inappropriate comments regarding my medication and religion. Communication was a significant problem, as her heavy accent and limited clarity made it difficult to understand what was being done, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. I love the dentists here. I went to them when I was a kid and always had good experiences. Recently I got a teeth cleaning that was unnecessarily painful and aggressive. I had a bad experience with the hygienist that really rubbed me the wrong way. That said the dentist was easy to work with like usual. I wrote an angry review post cleaning, but I’m updating the review to reflect that this was one negative experience after years of positive ones.

I've been going to this dentist since I was a wee lass, and I will continue going to this dentist until (heaven forbid) they shut down. Wonderful, kind, knowledgeable staff, always ready with a quip or a joke to make your experience as painless as possible. Highly recommend!

Nothing but warmth and feeling comfortable in his office. He’s placed numerous crowns and have taken care of my teeth since he first started his office and I have been so pleased with everything. All four kids of mine have gone to him since very little. I didn’t want to deal with a periodontist and then change later to a general dentist. David is great and his son, Michael, is a chip off ol’ dad!!
