Cool sculpting... freezing the fat. Who would have thought... what an Amazing invention. I was referred by a friend to Dr. Kasten's office. Gwen and Jennifer did my consult and procedure. They were Fantastic! They walked me through the procedure every step of the way. I was made to feel extremely comfortable during both the procedure And recovery. The price, compared to other places that do Cool Sculpting, was significantly more affordable. The results are great. I feel like a new me! Thank You so much to all of you at Dr. Kasten's Office!

I have been to CoolSculpt several times and each visit was awesome. Jen and Gwen are amazing. They are totally committed to making the process warm, caring, and comfortable. I have seen definite results. The procedure is not painful. Afterward I had mild bruising and soreness. No big deal at all. I highly recommend their services.

I went to this office every week for over a month with terrible pains, vomiting, weakness, and bleeding non stop. Dr. Kasten could find no cause for the problems, but when I finally went to the ER they let me know I was PREGNANT. When called, Kasten said I had never described my symptoms to him. Awful doctor, lazy and forgetful staff. Will do anything to get you in and out of the office faster, but you will wait for hours to be called. Constantly canceling with little to no notice, or forgetting appointments all together. Absolutely terrible.

Did a wellness exam, and Pap smear. After he initially took a portion of the cervix went in there and took a huge chunk, but that wasn’t enough. He went back in and took a second portion. I’ve been bleeding for days. Did a “rectal exam” with no warning. Never had done that in the past, and actually startled me... wh asked for a simple blood test for ovarian cancer (CA-125) he argued that that is not accurate, and refused to order it. When it is one of the markers for that cancer. I’ll just order it in my own on the internet myself. Very cold, and unfriendly if you ask questions and are an educated person. I miss you guys so much! I had the best pregnancy and birth experiences with Dr Kasten and staff. After being a patient for many years I was so sad to move out of state. I had another baby a few years ago here in NC and the care wasn't the same at all! Hope to be back in NY someday and see you all again!
