I have used Dr. Patel for 14 yrs and I have only positive things to say about him and his staff. He takes all the time needed to listen and address all concerns. I’m always able to reach the staff and I’ve never had an issue getting a return call. Appointments are made timely and easily.

I went to one and only one appointment with this doctor before changing my primary care. It is quite hard to get a person on the phone, or to return calls. I also felt very uncomfortable, and I felt like I was being interrogated. As well, I was not offered ANY treatment options for my situation, and I did not feel like my health was the highest priority. Very disappointing.
