I would highly recommend ROC to anyone. Dr. Siebuhr is fantastic. He did my surgery on my right ankle and has consulted with me on other issues. Not only is he professional he has a great bedside manor. His staff is also fantastic from those who greet you to his x-ray tech, and Johnathon. I'm not glad that I broke my ankle, but I am glad I met him and his staff. I would not go anyplace else.

This was my first visit to the office, and it was a wonderful experience! Every detail was well thought out. From the very comfortable waiting room to being called back to the exam room. Everyone was very thorough from reviewing my reports to needing an x-ray. The office had all the equipment needed right on premise. Dr. Siebuhr took his time in reviewing my symptoms and making recommendations. I am looking forward to getting to the bottom of my medical situation and moving ahead to feeling better.

Hands down the BEST surgeon ever! He has an amazing bedside manner, and really cares about his patients. He doesn't make you feel like just another number. He is absolutely amazing! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in laymans terms so its easy to understand what he is talking about. Myhusband just had his shoulder surgery and every step of the way the doctor was there for anything he needed. I really appreciate Dr. Phillips! I hurt my shoulder, just waiting on my mri results, if I need surgery, I know where I'm definitely going. Thank you Dr. Phillips for taking such good care if my husband. And the after care staff is amazing!

I feel off a roof and snapped my achilles tended in my left leg. The damage was extensive achilles , tenant snapback into my calf , had to be pulled down and reconnected to the heel bone. Unfortunately , because of the swelling and the damage done to the ankle bones the swelling increased in the incisions stitches pulled free. This cause are pretty serious infection. Doctor Phillips is an amazing sergeant.He's a kind and carrying individual.He stayed with me the whole way. I was referred to a wound care who got my affection under control. Doctor Phillips was with me the whole way. He came to visit me at the hospital.When he didn't have to, he spoke to me with respect. He explsin all my questions. Doctor Phillips is professional.He's knowledgeable, he's personable , and I would definitely r

It's nice when we can chose our surgeons and get to know, at least meet, the staff you would be dealing with prior to surgery. However, in cases of emergency those choices and opportunities are removed totally. That was my situation. At almost 70, I broke my first bone ever, my femur. I had my first ambulance and yes the ER surgery!! I trust God and surrendered my situation and I got this group of wonderful caring and very talented Surgeon, PA, And all staff at hospital n office. I had 2 visits at office to remove staples and 2nd visit at 8.5 weeks recovery Im discharged at 65% healing, I will proudly carry a cross in my leg for the rest of my life, and grateful that God was there for me and i got this group to take care of me.
