Dr. Petty is very polite, outstanding , makes you feel comfortable and welcomed, as well as the front desk girls. After a horrible experience from the previous dentist provider, I'm glad that I found a new place where they are able to hear and understand the situation that my previous dentist brought me in. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Karen Petty and her team are great. I have been a patient in her Raleigh location for over 25 years and I would highly recommend her. I am grateful that I am under her care. Dr. Petty always does a great job on my teeth and she is a very kind person. Her office manager Cassandra is on point with scheduling, reminders, insurance and keeping me informed when my appointments are set and or coming up. Parking at her office is simple and she uses the most up to date technology and equipment in the field.

I came in for a routine cleaning. I had no pain and no specific complaints, just a bit overdue for a cleaning. I was told Dr. Petty would “decide” whether I’d even get a cleaning that day, which I’ve never experienced anywhere else. After X-rays and a very quick exam, Dr. Petty told me I supposedly needed multiple procedures, including a deep cleaning that she said had to be done in two separate sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart. There was no clear, objective explanation. Only a vague claim that my gums were “too sensitive” and that I needed to floss more before she could clean my teeth, which is absolutely insane. If my gums are sensitive due to plaque buildup or inflammation, that’s exactly why I need a cleaning, not an extra barrier before treatment. I left with no cleaning, no basic hyg

Secondly the young woman at the front desk was as pleasant in person as she was on the phone when I made my appointment. Dr. Petty gave me a complete examination as well as a detailed explanation in language that could understand. She was very pleasant throughout the entire process making me feel that I was her only patient for the day.i am looking forward to a long healthy snd happy relationship with this dental practice.

Dr. Petty took her time when she did fillings for my tooth and made sure my bite was even. Whereas, I have experienced other work from dentist and they’d left my bite uneven and it caused some clenching at night. So, thank you Dr. Petty for doing your job correctly and with care.
