Had a very pleasant eye exam with dr. Karen, the one takeaway I have after leaving was how extremely thorough she was, along with her detailed explanations and that she spent a generous amount of time making sure I understood issues that I may have.

Dr. Braff is GREAT! Took his time, the examination and glasses were very reasonably priced! My frames broke about 2 months after I got them. He sent them back for repair and mailed them back to me, out of town! NO CHARGE! Don't get that kind of customer service anymore! THANKS, DOC!

Very friendly and Dr was able to get me in quickly, scheduling was VERY easy!

This lady was very unfriendly and in professional 100/00.she was rude and did not give me a proper eye exam.She also says she is closed on Sundays and Wednesdays but was closed on a Tuesday.Had me go to her office to find it closed.She is juggling being a Optometrist / Secretary very unorganized could never find me file.Do Ur selves a favor and find another Optometrist.She is horrible.
