Five stars for the entire office! We have been patients of Dr. Wallace since her practice was established many years ago. We have always received competent and caring service from everyone here. Dr. Wallace, Courtenay, Kelly, Karen and the office staff feel like friends. In this office you will get straight, no-nonsense answers and close coordination with your other health care providers...exactly what I want from my Primary Care Physician.

I had a very good experience here! They were very quick upon check in. Everyone was very kind to me leading up to the Nurse Practitioner. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and addressed all of my concerns. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and I will be using this practice for my primary care while I am in the Huntsville area! Update: I would like to add my other experiences here at Kara Wallace MD, PC. They have an excellent Phlebotomist. He was so jolly and friendly and did a very clean stick. In addition, I did have a little issue with my insurance and billing, but their practice manager Karen was so nice and understanding. She helped walk me through everything I needed to do. Although I didn't get to meet with Dr. Wallace on my first visit, I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with from the front office staff to the nurse, Jennifer, and Nurse Practitioner - Courtenay - who was amazing. She was very professional and personable. She listened, took notes, asked questions and discussed all of my concerns. I felt that she really cares about her patients and that she will create a great health care plan for me and my wife. After years without a family physician, I am thankful that this office was accepting new patients and feel fortunate to have become an established patient with them. Thanks for all you do! - Tracy

I was a patient of Dr Wallace for over 15 years. Dr Wallace always listened and provided me with great care. However, I didn’t regularly see Dr Wallace, I was always assigned to the Nurse Practitioner, which was fine with me. When Courtenay became the Nurse Practitioner, I no longer received good care. I was not listened to and on more than one occasion I had to seek additional care outside of the office because I wasn’t listened to and my symptoms worsened. When I would then try to get an appointment with Dr Wallace, I was told I wasn’t one of her patients, I was Courtenay’s patient. For a while I ended up primarily going to the Urgent Care closest to me as I received better care there than from my primary care physician. I've been a patient at this office for several years now. Courtney is amazing. When I've seen Dr. Wallace she has been amazing also. The office staff and nurses are always kind, friendly, and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend this office to any adult looking for compassionate, competent health care.
