Kara Holden, DPT

I hit the jackpot when having Kara assigned to my case. She not only took the time to thoroughly document what I was experiencing with my joint issues, she took the time to research past treatments that I'd forgotten about. Kara explained every exercise she had me do as well as those treatments she did for me while at Physical Therapy. She was extremely sensitive to my pain when assigning exercises for both home and at PT and would make adjustments when needed. Based upon the 10 session I spent with Kara, I would give her 10 stars!

I personally think that I wouldn't be doing as well as I am without Dr Holden working with me. I am doing so much better than the last time I had my other shoulder done. I was 6 weeks from surgery before physical therapy. This time I was a week from surgery before starting. I am truly thankful for the care I have been given. To me Dr Holden is a miracle worker. Even when she is helping others she always takes time to say hello and ask how I am doing. Awesome young lady.

Doctor Holden took me as a patient after knee surgery for follow up care. What a great person, easy to understand instructions and what the PT was going to do for my knee. Doctor is concerned how the PT effects me, and discomfort during the exercises. I would Recommend Doctor to any of my friends. Excellent care.

Kara Holden is an amazing physical therapist, we had a lot of extra challenges right from the beginning buy she got me thru it and my recovery has been do much easier because of her.

Kara is very nice and listens to any concerns you might have. She is very knowledgeable about her job and gives good advice. I would recommend her to anyone.
