I always feel comfortable here. I usually go for a body check once a year with Dr Capriotti I needed a new dermatologist since mine retired. I figured why go to a different office and asked for an appt with a dermatologist and met today with Dr. Regan. He was very nice however I am more comfortable with a female doctor. Therefore DR Capriotti can you please put me down 6 months after I see you in the Fall of this year with a female Dr.. Thanks so much! I have 2 medication problems! Humana will no longer give me Kenaconizole shampoo monthly or 3 bottles of clobetasol solution. My scalp seems worse lately and I really need to use clobetasol daily in the AM and PM. They always gave me 3 bottles per month which is what I need (I’ve been using this for 20 yrs and the Shamoo as well! Dr Spitzer

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Kara Capriotti. Dr.Kara Capriotti was very pleasant, professional, and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with her. I look forward to continuing to work with her. Kudos to the staff as well. It is a very busy office, yet the staff is attentive, helpful, patient, and cheerful. Thanks very much for a positive experience.

The receptionist didn’t want to give me appointment for a consultation for a small keloid, when I have more than enough cash because they don’t take my insurance. I told her I’m paying myself, because I already knew that The receptionist was not helpful and i was denied services for a consultation. This the only practice that won’t let you pay out of pocket expenses

Front desk staff is incompetent, condescending and inpatient. Doctors less than average with a zero percent cure rate of symptoms that I have brought to them. Overall, any positive aspects of the practice are overshadowed by brutal customer service via phone and in service.

Been a patient for years and can attest to the superior service, knowledge & performance of the physicians, especially Dr Carla Capriotti MD. In addition, I find the staff helpful, considerate and knowledgeable.
