They were bought out by a different company and no longer take ChampVA insurance. It still says on ZocDoc that they are in-network for those of us unlucky enough to only have ChampVa health insurance. They no longer take it, they never called me to let me know I lost my dermatological care. I had to drive over an hour to my appointment, unaware they were now a different company, and they turned me away because of my insurance. When I asked them to call the billing department, they said they'd call me back in the next couple days.....I received zero calls. I asked them to contact the billing department a second time just to be told that my insurance isn't on the new approved insurance list. This place sucks, don't come here if you have ChampVA insurance. They won't help you if you ask for a

They made me worse... I see I'm not the only one with that issue. So.... heck no. I went there to have a wart removed off my foot. They talk to me about doing the freezing. They had my complete medical history. She told me that it might take "a few" visits to get rid of it. I did four or five total of these very painful procedures. The last one they actually addressed a second wart that appeared right next to the first one. I went back and they wanted to do more. She said it could take a dozen or so. And I said that's not what you initially told me. So I went home with this gel that I'm supposed to apply to these two warts. Well fast forward now months and I take a look at my foot. My family has been coming here for years. Recently my 8 year old son has come for wart removal. They have been so patient and explain everything so he understands what's happening. My son loves the staff.

Terrible experience. Office staff is very rude. Had 10am appt. Arrived at 9:50 and front desk woman made it clear that I was 5 mins late! That I had to be there at 9:45. She also requested a credit card on file. Never have I had to leave a credit card on file. The kicker was she couldn’t find my referral! So couldn’t see me without it. You would think they would have the file ready prior to appt. I do not recommend this office to anyone. Horrible.

I became a patient about 6 years ago and even when I have moved out of the Chicago-land area, this Dr and her office make such a great team, that I have driven a few hours to see her when I needed a dermatologist. She takes the time with her patients and offers top notch medical treatment. The office is always clean and you never have to wait long to see the doctor. I would check her out when you need someone in this specialty. The office building they are located in always has great parking available and lobby contains some nice pieces of art.
