Plainfield Family Dental Center

Had my first appointment at Plainfield family dental last week would like to share how amazing it was. The whole process from booking an appointment to sitting down in the chair was smooth and a friendly experience. Dental hygienist Caley was AMAZING and very friendly. She was gentle on the teeth during cleaning while also getting all the crud cleaned off. I forgot the dentists name, but she is a younger gal that was very professional. Sometimes its nice to see a doctor/working professional around your own age, so with this being said, I will go to my next cleaning !! Get them pearly whites cleaned !!!

Dr. Jans is the most knowledgeable, articulate, caring, and authentic dentist I have ever had. From our very first visit last year, my husband and I knew Plainfield Family Dental would be our permanent dental home. Dr. Jans and her team always explain every procedure in advance, which completely eliminates my anxiety. I trust them wholeheartedly with my dental care. Thank you! 😊

Dr Jan is always so kind, as well as her staff. In the past, I have only had cleanings done. Unfortunately, I had a filling fall out on Wednesday evening. I went to their website and saw the hours were Monday through Thursday. They had a spot on the page to send a message, so Thursday morning I sent a message at 7:30 am telling them my problem. They called me at 9:00am when they opened and said they could get me in at 9:30 am. I was so thankful for the quick response ! After having the filling replaced, all I can say is Dr. Jan was super gentle and made sure I was okay the whole time.

Love going here for our dental needs. Our family has been going here for probably close to 20 years. Never had a bad experience. Everyone is so nice and Mary is the best!!!!!!

The people at the dental office are the best people in the world. They’re so kind and gentle and treat you with such respect. I’m 72 years old and I will never go anywhere else. I love you guys.
