It would be wonderful if you could reach a staff member instead of having to leave messages and waiting two days for a call back. My husband received a call back regarding a pathology report and could not understand what the male employee said due to his heavy accent. My husband asked him to repeat it several times. The employee should have had another employee explain the results.

Dr. Kane is the best! Super smart, thorough, cautious, and warm. I had an unresolved skin condition for years that she finally correctly diagnosed and treated. You’re in good hands with Dr. Kane.

Didn't know like this place at all why because as soon as we got there they said we don't take one of your insurance is and we told them we did over the phone it was fine and now we get here and you say that office manager heard came over and said it'll be okay then they need a and credit card that's just in case your insurance doesn't pay something that's not covered that's a first can't be seen if you don't give them one also the dermatologist had a student and a assistant that was fine but she did more talking with them then examining the wife and me extremely fast In-N-Out examination had to get another dermatologist They are more of a cosmetic dermatologist specializing in Botox and all that if you're a regular everyday person this is Hi-Tech procedures money makers as I said never w

I’ve been seeing Dr Kane for several years. Over time, operations at their office have gone down significantly. Only saw Dr Kane my first visit. Every appointment after is only w a PA (unless you can wait at least 1 year to Dr Kane). Desk personnel are very impersonal. Everyone at the office is rushed. Wait times are 45 mins to an hour. Today was the last straw. They left a v message yesterday confirming my appointment, which I texted back to confirm. This morning they called 3 times. Left no message. I picked up on the last call and someone in a call center tells me my appointment has been canceled because their system is down. They ask if I would like to reschedule in 2 months! I said no. Sorry to say, this practice has really gone downhill. Zero patient care. Poorly mismanaged. Will be
