Nathalie, from the Ocoee location was very helpful in reviewing me with my mother-in-law’s Dr’s visit. Dr Pedro Gonzalez was very thorough and detailed in his evaluation, and notes. As he is a new Dr at this location, she was happy with her visit. Thank you to the staff for helping her with getting her some needed resolutions.

I find the office personnel to be negligent at the time of my visit in October of 2024. The billing to my insurance was never filed even though I have supplied it on several occasions. I'm still getting billed $150 every month because they can't do their jobs. I can't get them to answer the phone or reply to my messages. I'm sure it will affect my credit rating.

Dr. E. Diaz is an awesome PCP. He takes his time to listen and advise steps to correcting issues. A welcome change from my prior PCP who didn't do much at all. Very happy with Kanan thus far, and conveniently the office is close to my house..

Kimberly Keech is a wonderful NP. Kimberly has walked me back from the edge a couple of times after I did the ole Internet doctor about some ailments I had. She was kind, understanding and empathetic. The medical industry would be so much better with more folks following Kimberly's example. I have found a real person in health care, and I will tell anyone who will listen that Kimberly Keech is my health care pro!
