Excellent children’s dentist! We just visited today for the first time. The assistants were really good with our grandsons. One of which is special needs. They were so kind and helpful. The doctor is great as well. We felt completely safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend.

The dentist and hygienists were excellent. Front office handling was not. After a death in my family, I called to reschedule an appointment. The rescheduled date conflicted with the funeral, so I called again, explained the situation, and stated I would call back when ready to reschedule. Months later, I received a text for a “routine cleaning.” When I called to confirm, I was informed I owed a $20 missed appointment fee. I explained multiple times that I had called and communicated. I was told there were “no notes” and the fee still applied. I was contacted again the following day solely to remind me of the fee. I was told a manager might review the situation; no review occurred. At check-in, the first interaction was a demand for payment of the fee. No resolution, no acknowledgment, a

always a fun and great experience at Kalispell Kidds! we've been coming here since 2011 and all our children have grown up with this as their dentist, and they actually look forward to it! the doctors and the dental assistants are all lovely and warm and handle the tough conversations around cavities and taking care of their teeth with such understanding and kindness. we are thankful for this place!

We really like the dentists, hygienists & staff and love how it’s geared towards kids with games, prizes, TVs, letters to Santa. The only negatives are sometimes you have to wait awhile for the dentist & the long patient intake form that you have to redo every few appointments - even if there aren’t changes. They also wouldn’t let me bring my water bottle in during our last visit. Today, we waited about 30 min for the dentist & the form took me about 20 minutes, even though no changes to our info. We were there for about 1.5 hrs. Also, note you have to do the intake form for each kid so the 20 min estimate to fill out is per child.

While the actual dentist who worked on my daughter was great, the billing has been atrocious. My daughter has double insurance and they only billed one and I paid out of pocket the rest. So they have their money but now trying to get them to properly bill the second insurance and issue me a refund has been on going for 5-6 months. Everytime I call they tell me they forgot to follow up. If I didn’t call they wouldn’t be doing anything to check on it. I’m very displeased with this office.
