I would give Ms. Dawn Chamberlain and this organization 10 stars if I could. We’ve had two kids see Ms. Dawn - one for speech therapy (4yo) and the other for thumb sucking cessation (6yo). Ms. Dawn makes speech therapy SO fun!! She gives playful speech homework that my son has truly enjoyed and she’s educated me on how I can support him as well. Ms. Dawn only needed a couple of visits with 6yo, but she totally worked her magic in creating an action plan with our son to help him quit sucking his thumb. Together, he succeeded, and our youngest even hopped on board after seeing all of the goodness his older brother was receiving, so we had two boys stop sucking their thumbs at the same time! At age 6 we realized our daughter’s speech had stopped improving. We scheduled with Kalamazoo Speech Associates to see if they could help. Mrs. Jennifer discovered she had a profound tongue tie that had eluded 4 docs and 2 dentists. She advocated for us and helped get it corrected asap. Now weekly speech class has been the highlight of our daughters week ever since! She both loves the games and encouragement of Mrs. Jennifer AND the fact that she doesn’t need us to ‘translate’ to others anymore.

Kalamazoo Speech Associates is absolutely wonderful! I have two children who see Dawn Chamberlain, and I have been so impressed with her. She is professional, amazing with children, and she gets results! She is incredibly knowledgeable about her area of expertise and is an absolute pleasure to work with! It is an honor to have her treating our kiddos! I would highly recommend her and the other therapists at KSA to everyone! If you are looking for a speech therapist, then look no longer! Run to KSA!

You can only leave messages to K-zoo Speech. There is no one to answer the phone. I left a message and was not called back for three weeks.I was finally told that they had a spot for my grandson for the fall. We were on vacation and didn't get voice mail for a day or two. I replied that we wanted the placement. i did npt hear anything back from them, so left two more messages. Jennifer called back after two weeks and said we did not reply in time and our place was given to another child. This place is unorganized and messgaes are not returned until a week or two has passed. Very frustrating!

Such an amazing and caring staff!! Work amazingly with all children!!
