I had dental work before braces when I was a child here. Fast forward 20 years later and I needed documentation as it was discovered this location mis-marked teeth...I was immediately transferred to an "office manager" who said "my account" was "past due by $100.00" and was now locked and aggresively asked to confirm my current address? 1. The account belonged originally to a parent who had since been deceased. 2. I was a child when the bill occurred 3. You cannot legally withhold medical information 4. Michigan statute of limitations is 7 years. (Not to mention there is zero record that anything was ever owed) I was NEVER contacted like they claimed considering I was a child at the time and have zero record on my end that this is legit. This location and its staff are absolutely RIDICULOU

I'm so impressed with this practice! From reception and scheduling to my hygienist and dentist, everyone was so kind and helpful. I arrived, finished paperwork, was seen, and left within an hour. I felt listened to when explaining my concerns and was given referrals for my next steps, couldn't be happier!

My 5 year old went in for a small filling today. The team was great! Dr. Mason is awesome with kids. He helped and explained everything to him as he went along. Now, he still cried after the shot, but Dr Mason was able to get the job done! Thank you so much!

Can I do zero stars? This has been a horrible experience. The dentist that did my filling was done in 10 or 15 minutes and I’ve been in more pain than before I went in. I wasn’t informed that he was not doing a sealant in the hole and my tooth is not even completely filled. I overpaid and I’m still waiting to hear back from Dawn the insurance lady because they owe me money. She has never returned my phone calls and I have called 10 times. They lack professionalism, and common courtesy to just respond to a simple phone call. I would never Return here again!!!

I just walked in and asked if they are accepting new patients and she was very rude to me acted like they weren’t a dentist and said they only offer cleanings
