Kala Pharmacy

The only reason I service this Pharmacy is because I have no other choices near my Apt. Every staff member is unfriendly and borderline rude. They do not have an appreciation for their customers. I feel as though I'm bothering them whenever I pick up my prescriptions or buy something from the pharmacy. Even the Pharmacists on duty are just not nice. They don't deserve one star.

I give them a 1 because 0 wasn't an option the new Pharmacist a Asian guy is very rude and unprofessional, I dont want to play the black card but I bet he wouldnt behave that way in a white neighborhood, I have done business with them for 16 years never had a problem until this new management. I'm taking my bussines elsewhere.

Used to be a very friendly neighborhood pharmacy. Now seems like the people there don’t respect their customers or even care to pick up the phone close to closing time. I called and got hung up on.

Kala pharmacy finally under new management and the employees are superb especially jay at the lotto machine definitely come here for your prescription refills and basic home items … another home away from home

The current pharmacist is extremely rude and unprofessional. My mother explained to me how the pharmacist yelled at her and was extremely condescending and rude. I urge everyone to use another pharmacy. Show them they need the community more than we need them.
