I had an excellent experience with my surgeon, Dr Choung, during my post-op visit. He is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He took his time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed, and he explained everything clearly and thoughtfully. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. It’s rare to find a physician who goes above and beyond for patient care, and I’m very grateful to be under his care.

Dr. Loh and Sarah, RN, both reached out to me by phone before the lung biopsy. They told me what to expect and invited my questions. Sarah gave me the Nurses' phone number and I called twice, spoke with nurses Jen and Vicki, and got my questions answered. I found that very reassuring. I felt a connection with all of them before I came in. The procedure itself went well, with them telling me what to do and expect minute by minute. Prior to the procedure, Dr. Loh agreed to my request for a fungal culture, which I really appreciate. My thanks and gratitude to your entire staff.

Nice staff, nice facilities. Dr. Fong was amazing. One of the very best doctors I have ever seen in my decades with Kaiser. He was knowledgeable, informative, communicative, patient, empathetic, presented various treatment options. His "bedside manner" was unbelievably wonderful. Dr Catherine Chin (from Kaiser San Rafael) is an exceptional geriatric doctor - she is clearly very busy, but she’s never failed to be caring, attentive and responsive to all of my mom’s many medical issues. Mom has advanced dementia, so it’s so impressive to witness how Dr Chin can ‘communicate’ with her and make her feel so well-taken care of, and those of us who love my mom, so respected and ‘listened-to.’ Our family is eternally appreciative of having Dr. Chin in our circle of trust — I wish there were 100 more Dr Chins at Kaiser!
