Kaiser Permanente San Rafael Hearing and Speech Center

I am also a KP employee with severe hearing loss. For years I tried to get help and was met with roadblocks or "there is nothing we can do for you". Someone whispered in my good ear one day "why don't you go to San Rafael and see what they can do for you". Night and day, thank you so much to all the staff there. You truly changed my life for the better.

It's been my great pleasure to get care at this facility over the last few months. As a Kaiser Permanente employee, I expect top-notch care and service -- but the audiologists and staff members here delivered above and beyond my expectations. I've been mostly deaf in one ear since childhood, but because my ear canal is extremely narrow, there's never been a hearing aid that I could wear.
