My experience with Kaiser Permanente was extremely disappointing and honestly frightening. My mother arrived at the hospital with a serious respiratory condition and very high CO2 levels. She had a letter from her pulmonologist clearly stating that she needed to be connected to a ventilator to help her breathing. Despite this, the staff refused to provide the ventilator treatment. The reason they kept repeating was that she is not a Kaiser Permanente member. Instead of transferring her somewhere that could help or providing the necessary treatment, they kept her in a room for hours and did nothing for her condition. I had an appointment for lab work at 10:20 a.m. I arrived at 10:05 a.m. and checked in. I was seen about 3 minutes later. Harjeet Kaur is such a lovely woman. She was incredibly friendly and professional. I was particularly impressed at her multitasking skills when the person on the other side of my booth was not feeling well and she was able to coach the phlebotomist next to her while still drawing my blood. She was very gentle and extremely efficient. Give this woman a raise!!!!

The ER staff, 4 west, EVS, food service, transportation and my hospitalist were so wonderful and patient with me. It was a very difficult stay for me. Your staff was so patient and kind and reassured me several times that I was there to get better and that they were there to help in anyway they could. I have told many family and friends about how wonderful I was treated. Thank you so much.

My hospital state was extremely pleasant. Even though I was dealing with health issues, I was well taken care of which put my mind at ease and definitely helped me recover faster. The nursing staff were amazing and they were always there whenever I needed them.
