Kaiser Permanente Pharmacy

If it wasn't for the Pharmacist, who smiled and was helpful. I would only rate this location one star.. The person who checked me in was extremely rude to me. No smile, had a huge attitude, and spoke to me like i did something wrong when it came to picking up my rx.

Good staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. They work with what they have.

This pharmacy is a joke. They won’t tell you when you can pick your prescription up. They make me come in to see when I can pick it up and come back another day to pick up my prescriptions. Then they tell me that it’s out of stock. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a Kaiser pharmacy before. Do not go here unless you want to waste time and drive around in circles. Absolutely ridiculous.

The pharmacy makes up ficticious "policies" to avoid work. Manager and staff are all equally as bad. Membership complaint has been opened!

had a horrible experience here. i spoke with kalika chandler and she was very rude and unprofessional. she made me feel stupid for asking a question about a side effect from a med i was picking up. never been so humiliated in my life. would give 0 stars if i was able to.
