I had a great experience at the Kaiser blood test facility. The service was impressively quick, and the best part is that you don’t even need an appointment — you can simply walk in. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing fast and convenient lab work!

They have the best caring nurses of any hospital. they respond in the middle of the night with a smile on their face and very professional and knowledgeable attitude. they were very understandingand compassionate about my pain. i was admitted in the Emergency dept, not able to move, due to a heart stroke, but they made me feel not needing anyrhing. their food department calls me ahead of time asking what i like to eat. I call My doctor: my hero" as he did everything, in cooperation with other specialist to diagnose, treat me and release me safely after 4 weeks of disability, to continue care at home. i call the nurses "angels of love": they did much more than any family member. if it wasn't for my sickness, i would call this period the best period of my life: I received so much care and

This rating is for Julissa — who works at the front check— in office. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment and radiology would no longer see me because of that. I understand they have policies or whatever but the way that julissa responded to me was so rude, and unfriendly. She called radiology hoping they wouldn’t take me. She was condescending and was in a very bad mood even before I arrived to her window. It is her job to give excellent customer service instead of making a 34 week pregnant woman feel uncomfortable. Again, I understand I was late and there’s consequences, but her customer service should be intact no matter the situation. Please give her better training. Which by the way, I have to wait 40 minutes to an hour each time I come for an ultrasound appointment. I never e

We delivered our son at Kaiser Irvine, and I honestly don’t have words strong enough to express our gratitude. Our labor and delivery nurse, Akiram, was with us every step of the way, and she was nothing short of extraordinary. She was attentive, caring, and deeply kind, but what impressed me most was how on top of everything she was. There were multiple moments during labor where things could have gone sideways, and each time she intervened early, calmly, and with total competence. She never panicked, never rushed, and never made us feel afraid. Her presence alone brought peace into the room. I was admitted for multiple problems and ended up staying in the hospital for 8 nights. The care I received was exceptional. Dr. Kulp, my internist, was very thorough, clear, and kind. All of the care givers were courteous, helpful, and professional. Thank you Kaiser team!
