At the Care from the provider I was seen was seeing for the first time was great. Very helpful very informative. I’ve had Kaiser for 29 years and they never disappoint but only once and in the city of Bellflower many years ago, but since that one incident years ago, Kaiser has been on point with their service patient care, The kindness they show with the family of the patients has been amazing. I guess we don’t realize that We’re not the only ones that are being seen if there’s many other people who are sick and when we’re sick, our family members could be Scared or worried did not make him more irritable and impatient. Prescriptions constantly on “ back order” but they say I can just randomly check other offices to see if they have any Makes absolutely no sense to tell a patient to just go wing it and hope I can find a place that can refill my prescription. Do better Kaiser.

I was diagnosed with colon cancer and had surgery at Kaiser and started Chemotherapy. After I started chemo my insurance was changed from Kaiser to Blue Shield. I went on Continuity of Care for my chemo at Kaiser. As I was doing my chemo Kaiser took me off their website and considered me "Not A Member". I could not access my doctor, medication, or appointments online, I would call and speak to a Kaiser person and they would not let me speak to my doctor or let me know when my next appointment was claiming I was not a member, Kaiser blocked me from a chemo treatment claiming I didn't have coverage. I called Blue Shield and had them on the phone and the representative asked to speak to the Kaiser person and they refused. They told me to go up to the 5th floor to have the Blue Shield person s

Now I know why Kaiser's always getting sued My son was there via paramedics still had a wait in the lobby 4 hours And the manager Britney Cannot answer any questions But yet could ask a lot of questions All I could say is good luck
