If I could rate 0 star I would. Everything was so disappointing and disgusting. I visited the ER for a head injury and had me waiting for 5 hours. There were other patients complaining that they had been waiting since 8:30-9 pm, it was already 10 minutes until 5 am. I witnessed multiple families leaving because of the wait time. Multiple people in scrutinizing pain. There was one man who seemed unresponsive for a bit. Lastly, cherry on top there was an open bag of urine on the floor. We notified security to call EVS since this is a biohazard and the bag was there since the time we arrived. EVS never showed up.

The BEST OBG/GYN doctor I have ever had!!! Dr. Berneva J.C. Adams is special! She made me feel important and she took her time with me. Never rushed for a second. As a matter of fact, the nurse "warned" me that the visit would be longer than I was probably used to. The doctor takes her time, asks a lot of questions, and really listened to my answers and concerns, and was very thorough. The nurse wasn't kidding. It was worth every minute with the doctor. Anyone who gets to be treated by this doctor should consider themselves very lucky and blessed. No joke! I hope Dr. Adams is able to spend time with other doctors to teach them proper care of patience in every aspect and share her vast knowledge and years of experience. Thanks Dr. Adams!

My experience was excellent with the OR team and the Recovery team. Even when I was transferred to the 7th floor the nurse who received me was the sweetest person I had met. Then the shift change came the next nurse was nice too I didn’t have a problem with her at all. I did hit my call light and someone answered saying “ May I help you?”. I replied “Can you tell my nurse I need to use the restroom “ she answered “l will let your nurse know “. I wait for 15 minutes and then I urinated myself in the bed. I was not able to get out of bed on my own. More time went by as I waited in tears I called my husband to let him know I was seating in my urine already for 30 minutes. He said he would stay on the phone with me until someone went in my room to check on me. It was a total of 45 minutes I w

This is my first time back to Kaiser since 2017. Dr. Sonuga had a pleasant demeanor and took the time to listen to my concerns. He interacted with me, offered recommendations, asked questions, answered questions and submitted my necessary referrals. I had to get blood drawn and the phlebotomist, Shantelle, was great. I have difficult veins but she drew my blood effortlessly and without pain. I hope the rest of my medical care team will be as good as these two.

I went to Kaiser ER 2/10/26. Because I had pneumonia and tried to be seen at DVH in Victorville. Was at DVH for over 25 hrs in the lobby after being told I was admitted. It was a horrible experience. I drove down the hill and went to Kaiser. I had a very pleasant experience at Kaiser. They took vitals,ekg,bloodwork, and got me into a bed in the ER Dept all within the first 20 mins of being there. They took very good care of me. Had Xray and CT scan completed. Was thorough in there assessment and treatment. Kaiser had always been a place I could go to and know I will get good service.
