There are three main reasons why I am so satisfied with the care I received: • Exceptional Expertise: The doctor’s deep knowledge and professional command of orthopedics gave me immense confidence throughout the treatment. • Attentive Care: I felt truly heard and cared for. The doctor was genuinely interested in my well-being and followed my progress very closely. • Clear Communication: Every step of the diagnosis and treatment plan was explained in a way that was very easy to understand. The Dr. Sharat Chandra Raju is very friendly, listens to you carefully and gives you a valuable advice. For the patient the most important thing is not medication that doctors proscribe to you, but the doctor’s words. He definitely knows his specialty, cares about his patients health. This is my personal opinion .

Probably one of the smoothest Urgent care experiences I’ve ever had. We got in with little to no wait and the staff was amazing. If you are fortunate to have Nurse Duane as your nurse you are in good hands. He was very attentive, caring and listen. Same goes for the doctor we had. I walked in feeling horrible and left feeling much better as they took care of my needs and for me on the path to recovery. Thanks so much.

Over the last several months, I have had several procedures done at Kaiser Permanente Bellevue and Capital Hill facilities. With all of them the staff was prompt, efficent, courteous and informative. Every appointment has been on time and the staff have been personable and responsive to any of my questions and/or concerns. I am very happy to have my health care in Kaiser Permanente's very capable hands.

Just your average medical center. For the most part I have been enjoying the services this location has to offer. I only 3 star it because I have had numerous issues of scheduling rescheduling my procedures or surgeries multiple times. I understand once or maybe twice but I can't keep rescheduling them because work is only so lenient. I have had to put my foot down and say you get one reschedule. Staff overall is very friendly and I've yet to have one with a bad bed side manner. The other reason for the 3 star is I have to travel an hour north because of my insurance and my other option is Tacoma Kaiser and I refuse to go into Tacoma or Seattle. The mini clinics are okay for most routine stuff but they too get booked up 2+ months out and I've still found my self utilizing the walk in clini
