Kaio Dental

I have been a patient here for at least 10 years. I had no negative experience with Dr. Tram however his office staff is terrible. Starting with scheduling, contact, patient treatment, care, etc. I have fond them to be disrespectful uncaring and flippant when it comes to patient care. I am sadden to now have to find a new dentist but ater the treatment I have received my family and I will not return. I know Dr. Tram has no Idea because they clearly screen his calls and messages so he never receives them. I do not believe he would like the way patients are being treated by his office staff.

I have only been going to Kaio Dental for a short amount of time and within that time I have nothing but good things to say about this dental office, and I haven’t been able to say that about any other dental office I have been to. Not only is the office clean and welcoming, the staff also makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Tram is thorough and takes care of his patients, he listens to any concerns and is very honest. Jill at the front desk has always made me feel welcomed and works around my schedule. Jody, the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She’s very thorough and takes her time to make sure everything is clean and that I don’t leave the office in pain like other offices I’ve experienced.

The entire staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment they walk in. The staff and doctor take the time to know their patients and their preferences, fostering a genuine, caring environment. Dr. Tram, is thorough and does not recommend unnecessary services or tries to "upsell" treatments. He is very educational and knowledgeable, he always takes the time to explain conditions and procedures, which builds patient confidence and understanding. Dr. Tram is highly skilled in various dental areas, including general dentistry, oral surgery, implants, and cosmetic restorations. He also lectures to other dentists on topics like implantology and 3D printing, indicating he is at the forefront of dental technology.

The professionals at Kaio Dental are not just crafted in their skills, but friendly and caring. My husband and I drive approximately 100 miles to go to this particular group of dentist. We always feel welcome and the employees treat you as if you are the favorite member of the family! If you want an excellent job, excellent service, and the feeling that someone actually cares, looks no further, this is your place.

I’ve been coming here for years and I truly believe my dentist is the best — his work is excellent and I’ve always appreciated the care he provides. However, I recently had a disappointing experience with the billing process. After my treatment, I paid the remaining balance and even asked the receptionist if I owed anything else because I wanted to make sure everything was settled. I was told no. Later, I received an invoice reflecting the balance I owe, which turned out to be charges not covered by insurance. While I completely understand that insurance doesn’t always cover everything, what bothered me was the lack of communication. A simple heads-up about pending charges would have made a big difference.
