The office is very well run. I was seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The medical staff is very thorough and professional while being compassionate and caring. The treatment I received was fantastic, and painless. I am so grateful and would easily recommend this medical office.

Waited 3 months for appt. Saw Dr Kahn who quickly decided my condition was caused by an inflammation. I did not think he was right, but he had some pretty good reviews and he is the doctor so I trusted his conclusion. He prescribed a medication to be used for two weeks and told me to follow it with Hyalauronic acid, which I did. The condition did not improve and got worse. I called the office and explained that the situation has not improved and I was a little upset because I had a high co-pay, the prescription, and the hyaluronic acid, which came to a decent amount. Frustrated that Dr Kahn was not in and wouldn’t be for a few days, I suggested that I send her pictures so that she could show him. She said she would and I sent them. To date I have not received any kind of callback or comm

Do not recommend. Arrived at 7.45am for my 8am, no one showed up till 8.30am. And when they did, they told me the Dr wasn’t going to be in. No courtesy to call or leave a message to let me know. Claimed they did but they absolutely did not. Dr didn’t show up on Time for initial appt either. Initial appt felt rushed and didn’t feel like he cared much or personalized the treatment at all. Find another office, not worth your time.

I am only 10 yrs old, and they ruined my thumb. I had a yeast infection on my thumb, said my NEW dermatologist. But Kahn, and Penrose were guessing on what it was. First they said it was eczema and gave me steroids, and antibiotics. Then, they guessed it was psoriasis and gave me more steroids and antibiotics. They were using me as a TEST SUBJECT for the new medicine they got! Later my thumb got WORSE. When I went to my new dermatologist, they said the medicine Kahn and Penrose gave me, made my thumb worse. I've had this for 2 months, and they could not fix it. However my new dermatologist fixed it within 2 days. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE DOCTORS, AND I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

I would give them a ZERO the staff is so disrespectful very unprofessional every single time they loose my referral or claim that they didn't get it my 2 daughters are patients there but that's it.
