Kagan Dr, Jugan Dr And Associates

I have been seeing Dr, Michael Jugan for knee and hip issues since December 2019. He is fantastic. He explains everything clearly and he also provides ways for me to enhance my progress!! I highly recommend him!!

I've been going to this office for about 3 years. Yes, I usually wait 20-30 minutes passed my appointment but have come to terms with that's just how it is with Orthopedics offices. My visits are never rushed and they always get down to the root of my pain. Front staff and nursing staff are always great! I would recommend.

Dr. Sweitzer treated my injuries with professionalism, expertise, and respect. He took the time to listen to my concerns and discuss his action plan for my rehab. The staff at Kagan Jugan & Associates are quintessential customer service representatives- courteous, pleasant, and patient-oriented. The office is clean, welcoming, and I was always taken to an exam room for my appointment on time. As the mother of two athlete sons and a professional in charge of a college athletic department, I have had the opportunity to experience a plethora of orthopedic docs and offices. Dr. Sweitzer is top-notch!

I was most impressed with Dr. Kagan and his staff. My mother had knee replacement surgery and Dr. Kagan was fantastic. In the past, my mother experienced long and difficult recoveries with many complications. This surgery was different, she had a great outcome due to the great support before and after her surgery. Cannot say enough good about Dr. John Kagan and his associates! Dr. Kagan replaced two shoulders, two hips, one knee and did a partial knee replacement on the other knee! Six surgical replacements over ten years and I am a new man!! Thank you, Dr. John Kagan and team!!!
