Kadlec Urgent Care - Kennewick

After a few all nighters of coughing I thought best to get checked out. I landed at this clinic which needs no appointment. The facility is clean and the people are kind, caring, and welcoming. Its been years since Ive needed to visit a walk-in clinic and this experience was beyond my perceived expectations. The nurse taking vitals was so kind and caring, and the NP that treated me really knew his stuff. If I need this service again Ill head here without hesitation.

The wait time was a little long, but once I got back into the treatment room everything went pretty smooth . The nurse was pleasant and professional. The Doctor was very pleasant and put me at ease. We talked about our military life as well as other things.

Other than a long wait because the place was so full, the service and experience that we received, was very good. Once called in to see the doctor everything went very quickly. The issue was narrowed down quickly, Medication’s were orderedand a solution was given with a referral to see an orthopedic doctor.

Every staff member I encountered today was warm, caring, patient and professional. I felt taken care of well and cannot say how much that means when one is not feeling good. Their jobs are so trying and yet they treat each patient like they are valued and important. My thanks to Jason, Misty, Josh, Mohammed, Sandra, and Usset. Your caring made my visit a pleasant part of my recovery.

Front end staff was courtesy and quick to check-in. Thank you Jose! My medical assistant Maggie and Provider Laura were professional and efficient. Willie who completed my X-ray was patient and very professional. All in all it was a great visit and I left understanding my care and appropriate follow-up if things get worse. Thank you team!
