Kadlec ExpressCare - Urgent Care In Canyon Lakes

I showed up and was checked in immediately. As soon as I sat down my name was called, and I went straight back to the exam room. About five seconds after the nurse left the room from taking all of my intake info, the doctor walked in. It was faster than I've ever seen before. The doctor came in, answered all of my questions, gave me printed info and even showed me in a diagram what was happening in my inner ear. Five stars all the way. The doctor that was there at the time was great. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I can't even think of how they could have done a better job.

Fast, friendly and kind! I am always nervous going to the doctor and they were very welcoming. They explained everything clearly so I understood my issue and what needed to be done. Lionel was great, so cheerful!

I love this clinic because they don’t make you feel like just a number in line. They’re knowledgeable, friendly, and truly seem to care about the needs of their patients. They go above and beyond which is hard to come by these days, so they are my top choice every time!

They scheduled for an appointment just 2 hours after I walked in so I went and got some lunch and came back. So much better than having to wait for 7+ hours at the other urgent care place. The provider was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The price was fair and the ailment is cured. I hope I will never be back, BUT if I am in need of express care, I will be coming back to this location. Great job team!
