K2 Health Products

I ordered a K2 Health Products wedge pillow for my back from Amazon. The instructions said it would take a day or 2 to decompress, since it came squished into a little package. When the pillow didn't open, I decided to call K2 Health Products in Brooklyn, NY, and see if they could give me advice on how to help the pillow decompress. Moshe was beyond helpful, and told me he was sending me a new wedge pillow overnight, at no charge! He said the K2 products are held in a temperature controlled warehouse, and that the pillow from Amazon was probably not kept in an air-conditioned environment. He didn't even want the first wedge pillow back. Amazing customer service! If I ever need a related product, I will go directly to K2. TEN STARS!
