I had a virtual appointment with GoodRX for a sinus infection because I have no insurance and I’m waiting to start my new job—cash is short too. On GoodRX, it showed a price of $3.54 for the medication being prescribed and GoodRX sent the prescription to K&M where it showed this price was available. When I went to pick up the medicine I was told they do not honor GoodRX and it would be $12. I felt like a bait and switch tactic was being used at this moment, and they offered to let me go somewhere else to pick it up. However, I didn’t feel well and I had already been helping my parents run errands in Fort Myers and North Fort Myers. I later spoke with a manager and they confirmed this as well and said that it would cost them to honor this price. It’s too bad they can’t do the price adjustme

You can be sure that the staff is friendly, greeted with "hello" and a smile. We have received the best service at K & M than we ever received from any store. They try all they can to get what you need. We should have more businesses like K & M. Love the Mom & Pops feeling and don't have boxes blocking aisles. If we would go to another pharmacy about 1or2 days a week, not any more. All our prescriptions were transferred. Keep up the great service and professionalism. Thank you for everything. They Came Through Right Away, AGAIN!!! I wish I would have done this sooner as this is the 4th time my father didn't get his food delivered for feeding tube and they took over and fixed it for me immediately! They are so very kind and caring of my family and literally stand on their heads every time I'm in need. No matter what and so sweet and happy to do it. Thank you K&M. My family loves and appreciates you from the bottom of our hearts. 🥰

Thank God I found this pharmacy!! This small pharmacy with a very big heart and is the best I have ever had and after being with Walgreens for 42 years I now will give this place and tell everyone to support them Thank you for doing above and beyond for your customers!
