Casey Hafen is very easy to speak to, extremely knowledgeable, and very sensitive towards his patients! He always wants to help, in any way he can. And, he cares about his patients! Also, His receptionist is wonderfully kind and warm!

I have always been treated with such dignity and care in your regular ER, but this visit to the orthopedic clinic walk-in was horrible. The x-ray tech was the only person that was decent. The girl at the front desk could’ve cared less the woman that came in with my x-ray results, Amanda Was so rude. I haven’t been treated like that in years and I straight up told them going in that I am a chronic pain suffer. I go through my pain clinic was not there for any drugs. I had neck surgery by Dr.West in October. I have been experiencing terrible nerve pain, tendon pain and hand and wrist.
