My 75 year old mother went for her first visit to this facility and was treated very rudely , the care was not efficient and to cancel a appointment was impossible due to voicemail box was full several times even today when i called to request a copy of her x-rays . The person who attended the call asked me why she needed a copy of the x-rays . The person who answered the call Ms. Janet didn't even verify HIPPA which is against the law and their facility could be fined do to not verify and disclosing Personal Medical information . I work in the Medical field and trust when i tell you i would not even have my dog treated here . i will also be filling a formal complaint as oi am mandated by the state to report them to compliance. Do not go here for treatment very unprofessional.

Do NOT go to this place!!! This is the worst place in the world. When the doctor came to see me, I had to tell him to change his gloves since he had used them with another patient and he gave me attitude. The receptionist also had a horrible attitude and acted like doing her job was a favor to me. The place itself was also super dirty!

Stay away from Dr. Morsy. He gave me a root canal that left me on antibiotics for a long time, and did nothing to fix his mistake. It's been six months and he has been no help. I'm in incredible pain and he does not care. He's incompetent and doesn't hold himself accountable. Please protect your health and stay away.

Disgusting, filthy place. The dentist, Morsy Hussein, was cross contaminating everything. He touched everything with his gloves on and never changed them out. No one was working except him. No one answering phones, no dental assistant, no one. Just him. He was wearing a face mask that was also filthy like he had it on all week. Oh yeah, the place was absolutely filthy and unsanitary. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve been coming here since I’ve had teeth lol yeah for that long he’s a great dentist caring loving and always there for emergencies he cares about his patients and very understanding his staff has changed a lot but he seems to always choose the right people polite helpful and very clean office .
