JY Healing Spa

I am a local Fairfield resident, and I can NOT recommend JY Healing Spa. Amongst other issues, customer service is terrible. I needed a simple customer service issue resolved (a receipt for claim purposes) and spent the last 30 days, including over 10 phone calls and several emails, trying to get it sorted out. I got nothing but unfulfilled promises and runaround. I am leaving this review as a last resort: ironically I warned that I would have no choice but to leave a review if they remained unresponsive. If the manager (who I spoke to 3x and kept assuring me he was going to send me something) wants to contact me and finally resolve the issue, I would be happy to try to take this review down or update it.

They wanted me to pay first but failed to mention that when I made the appointment. Once I arrive the masseuse kept pressuring me to pay first and asking about tips for a service I hadn't even received yet. I never even laid on the bed lol I just thanked her and walked out. I will never go back

Let me start by saying that I have been spending the past 2 weeks working on house repairs, cleaning out my basement, and filling up a 20 yard dumpster with the trash. So to say my body was aching is an understatement. With that being said…. This is a great place to get a top notch massage without the expensive cost. I know everyone is worried about inflation and the cost of everyday living is going up. But somehow the ladies that run this business are able to still make getting an actual full hour massage affordable. The masseuse who worked on me was very conscientious of being careful of the spinal cord area I had surgery on and made sure that she wasn’t aggravating any bad areas. I recommend this place to anyone that needs to smooth out tight; knotted up muscles.

I had a wonderful massage with Lina. Finally, a place that actually uses the right pressure and doesn't just rub you with zero purpose. She actually massaged me so so well for the full 60 minutes! I will 100% be going back again for future massages! They do charge $5 extra for using a credit card and make you pay in the beginning as other reviewers stated.

I recently had a massage here and it was very good. The masseuse was incredibly skilled. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the pressure applied during the massage was perfect. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, and I can't wait to book another session soon. Highly recommended!
