I can't say enough about Dr. Janice, Physical Therapists TK and Nathalie, and the front desk staff. Dr. J and the Therapists treated me with compassion and great care over the past 2 months. My issues have now been resolved due to their outstanding skills, knowledge, and diligence. The front desk personnel were friendly and kind, helpful with my insurance issues, and always followed up on appointments and related matters. While I am naturally uncomfortable in any health care setting, I felt totally comfortable, welcome, and well cared for by Dr. Janice and her great team at JVS Rehab. I very highly recommend JVS Rehab for your PT needs. You will not be disappointed.

When I first started therapy at JVS Rehab, I had previously undergone physical therapy with a different physical therapist for about a year for a right rotator cuff tear; however, I had some residual shoulder pain, reduced strength, and limited range of motion. I had also developed some bilateral hand weakness and pain due to a separate neurological problem. After several months of therapy at JVS Rehab, I had regained full use of and strength in my right shoulder, and both hands have improved. I am now able to maintain my functional gains with home exercises, and I no longer have pain in my right shoulder or hands. I am much better able to do my activities of daily living and am once again enjoying the things I love to do.

My doctor prescribed PT for a rotator cuff injury. I am in my mid-70's and had not had PT before. After researching some local firms in Columbia, MD I decided to check out JVS. The receptionist was very helpful and provided me with the information I needed so I enrolled. I was assigned to Takiara ("TK"), a physical therapist who did a thorough evaluation and prescribed therapy tailored to my injury. I was very impressed with her knowledge and admired her work with other patients ranging from their teens to nineties. David assisted with therapy and his detailed knowledge and care also exceeded my expectations. The entire staff at JVS was consistently very friendly and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend JVS for any PT needs that you may have.

I cannot express how satisfied, I have been with the exceptional professional service I received at JVS rehabilitation. The entire staff made me feel safe and in excellent hands, from my first moments in the hospital. There is no where else I would have wanted to go for my treatment. I would like to thank the entire staff. Especially Shari, Casey, Tracy and the entire office for making me feel comfortable and providing exceptional service…I truly thank you all!

No words can really express our sincere gratitude for everyone involved at JVS Rehab. Everyone involved with my wife's stroke condition were extremely and professionally accommodating staff. OT with Cheryl was a miracle blessing for everything she worked on for my wife. There were many that helped Myra with PT and then ST with Tracy was a much more improvement. The front desk were very tolerating with me, I'm very appreciated for them.
