We went for our first appointment with Doctor Dr. Tam and will greet at the receptionist and told where she was located. He walked up the elevator checked in at the desk and were filling out paperwork and was called and went into the office where we were asked questions. Out the paperwork and forms everything was very professional and done very well. Then Dr. Tam came Talk to my wife question questions and it was very informative to us as to what was going on. She asked a lot of personal questions that we needed to know. It really helped us both to be knowledgeable of the circumstances and the proposed treatments. We really appreciated this because we were really concerned about what was going on and now we have our questions answered, and we have a path forward and a treatment that we mig

Sadly, I could not be seen by Dr. Tam because I was never checked in at the time of my appointment. Although reception offered sincerest apologies, I do think this could have been avoided. I waited for over an hour. Follow up- I am so thrilled with how I was treated at the Setauket location. From start to finish, everything I was asked was pertinent to my condition. The visit was smooth and I felt very welcomed.

Dr. Tam was excellent with her delivery and options for me. She illustrated exactly what was going with my diagnosis. I will recommend her to anyone that may need a kind, caring Dr.

First time visiting the office of Doctor Tam! From the receptionist, to the PA and then Dr. Tam was a very positive experience! Everything was explained in detail about my condition. All questions were answered leaving me a clear understanding of everything. I would definitely recommend this Doctor and her staff!
