Only takes one visit to see why. To your response to my review: You bet! I never feel bad about educating people on what I believe to be a good or bad service business. Especially when there are numerous options available and many more to soon be in the area. Knowledgeable pharmacist and staff. Their over the counter prices aren't bad, probably better than CVS. They're fast and professional at filling refills. Their location cant be beat if you live in Justin or the surrounding area. 5 stars!

I never leave bad reviews. I'm always so patient with small businesses. I know people have bad days. But how I was spoken to today was extremely uncalled for. I called and asked for a general estimate on when my prescription would be done so I could plan my lunch around it. I didn't care how long it would take. I was just hoping for a timeframe if they could. He then berated me by throwing out numbers on how they have 450 prescriptions a day, divided by their 8 hour day, so on and and so forth. He raises his tone and was angry at me. The way he spoke to me was so very very rude. He could have been more kind in the explanation. Even if he said "I'm sorry ma'am, it's hard to estimate due to the amount of prescriptions we receive" and I would have been happy with that. But I was immediately a

Theres NO reason to be so short with us medical assistants to have to put up with such rude and cold pharmacy staff when we are just trying to get medication info for a mutual patient to get the help they need at our clinic. We wouldnt of had to call 3 seperate occasion's if the pharmacists took care and time to answer questions instead of rush through it. I hope y’all don’t treat patients like this etheir

Some of the best service I've ever received in my entire life. The woman at the front, her name started with N that's all I remember, but she was the kindest most attentive pharm tech I've ever met. The pharmacist was incredibly kind and professional, and the owner was very prompt with answering my questions! I am very good I took my valuable time to leave this free of charge review. Highly recommended!
