This is a long overdue purr-fect review for Justin Bartlett Animal Hospital. This organization became my first choice for the caring of my six personal cats out of the mayhem at other non profit veterinarian clinic within my area. I was referred from Paws to Hand one day they couldn't take anyone and when I went to Justin Bartlett, the staff was very friendly and accommodating despite me not having a reservation and even a bit of an emergency. My favorite location is the Greenacres location, since it is the closest but I can say from being at both locations that their staff is the friendliest of all veterinarian clinics I have been to. Yesterday I brought my Dogo Argentino, Luna, to this veterinary clinic because she had an eye infection. I was a little nervous since it was my first time here and my regular vet didn’t have any available appointments. I’m so glad 🙏 I found this place. The front desk, veterinary assistants, and doctor were all incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Even though Luna and I were one of the last patients of the day, they treated us with so much care and attention . I could also see how they showed the same love ❤️ and compassion to every pet and owner in the clinic. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my Luna. Review for Dr. Grossman I took my dog to the vet yesterday, and Dr. Grossman was excellent. He went down to my dog’s level to examine him and actually took the time to touch and properly evaluate him, which I really appreciated. He provided great care and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Dr. Grossman truly seems to care I would absolutely recommend him. Everyone was great in the office from front desk, vet tech and the Dr.! Thank you

I took my little Pomeranian boy, Rambo in. Turns out he had neurological problems, that could not be fixed. WE DID HAVE TO WAIT ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF, TO GET SEEN. Everyone there, was very accommodating. Unfortunately, he passed away(literally in my arms) later afer we left. It was nothing they did, wrong. I feel like we got an honest assessment, without upsell. The vet was a ginger dude, with a red beard and red hair, obviously. So I can't speak on the others. Anyway.... Your my boy Boop, Your my boy👊🏼. Love you man🤗
