JUST US KIDS PEDIATRICS

My family has used Dr. Justice since I was a child myself. I now have a family of my own and enjoy bringing my daughter to her. The staff are friendly, the nursing staff that assist her are knowledgeable, and Dr. Justice is always ready to help with questions, though she is quite busy and cant spend lots of time in the room but thats my only complaint. I would recommend her practice to those looking to have a long term family doctor.

•Cutting through red tape to change doctors is absurd. •Lack of Attention to detail is a major red flag 🚩 Long story short, my child was misdiagnosed and given medication that could ultimately make symptoms of the illness worse. This was after multiple hospitalizations over the last year after previous visits. Twice we visited and the day after, ended up at CHOA. Although I’m not willing to grandstand and say it’s the fault of the practice, it is something to note. After everything, we decided to switch to another practice. When I called to get medical records (can’t schedule an appt without them), I was told I would be charged (standard for many offices, ridiculous but standard) unless I was trying to obtain them for another doctor. My children have been going to Just Us Kids for 4 years. The staff at my children’s past pediatrician left a lot to be desired. My children and myself have always been welcomed and we have been pleased with all of experiences. The front staff is warm and welcoming. It feels like they are happy to see us and not like we are bothering them like at my past pediatrician. We have had great experiences with all of the clinical staff as well. I absolutely love this office and it’s staff!!

I've been bringing my 2 boys (4 and almost 3) here since they were born. Never had any complaints. Today, we had my 4yo's well check, and he was very difficult when it came to the finger prick and shots. However, the nurse we had (didn't catch his name, but he had dark curly-ish hair, glasses, and forearm tattoos) was awesome with him. Love this office and staff, and their new place is really cute too.

I like this practice so far. Their nurses are quick to answer and if the baby is sick they try to see them in the same day. However, they only have one doctor the rest are nurses and if you want a referral and the lady that does the referrals is on vacation you will have to wait until she comes back. They haven’t trained others to do her job while she is gone which is kind of inefficient. Update to my review: They make you waist time with referrals. They sent me to a lab and turns it there is no order and I called the nurse and office and all you get is voicemail.
