Just 4 Kids Urgent Care

First time visit and we were so impressed with the overall level of service. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing! They were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. We just moved to TX and they provided us with a referral for a pediatrician in our area and useful pharmacy information. The doctor was amazing! So friendly, funny, patient, and thorough. We would definitely return and recommend to anyone!

Very condescending/dismissive experience. Don’t waste your time or money, especially if you think your child has strep and you want understanding, collaborative care. After reading the bad reviews, I realized mine is not a one off occurrence. I brought my daughter in on a Saturday with fever and severe sore throat pain. We recently had strep run through the family, diagnosed by her primary Dr, so I was concerned it hadn’t been fully cured and she was experiencing a recurrent infection since it was the same onset symptoms. The provider initially downplayed my concern and was not interested in our recent medical history. She insisted it was “very unlikely” to be strep again and probably viral, but ran the test anyways, and it indeed came back positive. She did continue to prescribe her a 1

We have brought our toddler here multiple times, including yesterday, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is kind, patient, and truly understanding when it comes to caring for young children. During our most recent visit, my son vomited multiple times, and the team was incredibly supportive and reassuring. They made us feel comfortable and never made us feel embarrassed or rushed, even though we were apologetic about the situation. Their calm, compassionate response meant a lot to us as parents, especially in a stressful moment that was completely out of our control. They always take the time to explain things clearly and make sure our child feels safe and cared for. Having a place like this gives us real peace of mind. I highly recommend them to any parent.

This place is absolutely amazing! We were not able to get into our pediatrician so I found this location that I have seen numerous times passing by. I was able to get him in as soon as they had opened. My appointment was scheduled at 1:05, I was walking out by 1:20 PM, not because I was rushed or anything like that, but because they are very efficient and precise and effective with time. The doctor was very knowledgeable. I was able to ask many questions that I would’ve asked my pediatrician and she was very helpful answering my questions! This is a very clean facility with a kind nurse staff. My son is only four weeks old and has gone through so much in a short period of time, so anything that possibly he could be sick from I need to take him in immediately. Everyone was super sweet! The
