Just 4 Kids Pediatric Dentistry

My daughter has been going to this dentistry for a few years now. This past Monday she had a procedure that required her to be sedated . The procedure took an hour and a half and everything seemed to go smooth. Once they were done and my little one was awake the assistant anesthesiologist came to me and informed me she was ready and I was to go around the back of the building to pick her up. I drove around back to the surprise of a bunch of dumpsters and trash and I thought I may have made a mistake. I go back to the front and asked them where to go as I only saw dumpsters and a back area that didn’t seem to be a pick up area. The receptionist informed me that was it and I then asked them “So I’m picking my daughter up out of a procedure in a very unsanitary location ? That’s ridiculous”

We have been seeing Dr. Burke for years now for both dentistry and ortho. He and his team are the best. No waiting time, so friendly, and bilingual to boot. Their text reminders keep us up to date. I very highly recommend!

My kid has been going here for years. We had our six-month follow up this past Monday. They’ve been closed all week. My thing is as a business owner, if you knew you were going to be closed the week of the New Year’s. Why not take the initiative to reach out to everyone that has an appointment that week to reschedule them. It’s very inconsiderate. They did nothing and their phones are going straight to voicemail with no outreach, no emails to their patients. Absolutely no correspondence whatsoever.

I have been going to them for like 8 years now. I absolutely love them. They are so friendly and Dr.Burke is the best. Ciara is a very awesome person too.

They are very good with kids. It was my twins first time and they were scared but the they open up to the dentist as well as his hygienist. Very kid friendly.
