Very polite and professional, and the pharmacist herself has gone above and beyond to ensure I always have my medication.

WARNING!!! Read the negative reviews on Yelp about them for authenticity. They gave me the WRONG MEDICINE! OMG thank god I noticed it! When I let them know they didn't even apologize. I filed a report to the pharmacy board. The girls always act like you're an inconvenience. The pharmacist aims for money at any cost. Despite living in a 4 million dollar home in Irvine she still wants to lie and scam you for money. They will lie about having shipped the medicine to you without providing tracking number. They don't have certain meds In stock but will lie about having it or lie about the shipping time, so you won't go else where for it. She does not care about your health risks or sufferings as long as she gets to make money. Their meds price is also 3x more expensive than other chain ph

This Pharmacy and staff are absolutely wonderful. I've gone to Rite aid, Walgreens, and CVS. They don't even compare best decision I ever made was to switch pharmacys

Was traveling and in desperate need of a med refill. Tried Walgreens on Magnolia but they were so incompetent I reached out to Jurupa Valley. Jurupa Valley Pharmacy staff went above and beyond, transferring and filling right away. Such good people. I thank you all so very much. Phenomenal customer service and professionalism. 10 stars
