I was refered by my doctor to see a POTS neurologist. This doctors name was on the list as viable doctors. Called as a new patient, they took all my information and scheduled me for appointment for the available date 2.5 to 3 months later. The day of my appointment called ahead to confirm, they asked for my information. After not finding me nor the appointment they washed their hands saying the doctor is not taking new patients. I told them I was confirmed the appointment 2.5-3 months earlier by someone. They asked me who I spoke with. I did not have that information.
