Dr Marcolini was told by my husband's Oncologist to remove a tube from his liver! It was no longer needed. His infection was gone. The oncologist wanted my husband moved to rehab. Dr M ignored her request and after over a week he ignored my request also. He never gave me updates on his condition nor did the nurses at Banner. He had him moved to rehab with the tube in his liver 2 weeks later. When he got to rehab they asked why the tube was there and what it was for. They said they could not remove it and he should have never been moved there with it in him. They said they would have to move him back to the hospital in the morning. I left that night and got a call after midnight that my husband passed away. Thanks to Dr Marcolini I no longer have my husband.

I had an ER doctor redeem me to an infectious disease specialist. I couldn't find the paper referral so just used my insurance referral for a likely needed doctor after sinister surgery. Well, all he did was take one look at my severely inflamed skin and couldn't wait to tell me that it was all in my head. Sure. Tell that to all the other doctors who are not assuming persons! Keeping this brief like his rating.

If zero stars was an option, I’d give this office zero stars. The doctor Marcolini is fantastic, but it’s a shame his office staff is too incompetent to do there job. Also it’s a shame they can’t speak English when you call, sorry I don’t speak Spanish. And don’t think of calling there office, after the 20 speech in Spanish (which you won’t understand if you speak English) you are told they will disconnect your call to text you. How pathetic! I’ll be searching for a different office Dr. Marcolini works in, and if need be I’ll be finding a new doctor. In fact, I see Pedro as my primary doctor here too, once again no complaints OTHER THAN OFFICE STAFF! I suggest your office gets new front desk staff because they are ruining your reputation.

Never returns calls, never gives updates or results. This is an infectious disease doctor who doesn’t care in making you feel better. Don’t waste I your time or money.

Dr Marcolini is terrific. He gets to the point in a simple understanding manner.
