I took my child to this place and told them before we signed on that we would want a permanent retainer later. Both of my kids felt like they were treated brusquely while there, and at the end, they refused to put a permanent retainer. Guess what? The teeth moved. But they can fix it, for a mere $1200 more. Would never go back here. No positive reinforcement or words were given. It was like a factory.

I am an older female, never thought my teeth could've look as good as they have. She is thoroughly transparent to weather she can help you or not. Gental & kind. The whole staff has been wonderful.
